careBox system

The careBox is a device for the automated dosing of water treatment agents such as disinfectants, descalers or similar substances.

On request, the careBox can also be equipped with an electronic locking system.

In addition to the automated dosing of industrially produced disinfectants (e.g. CARELA® Chlorine Dioxide ) the dosing system allows remote control and monitoring of all process parameters in real time thanks to integrated M2M technology, whereby the user can modularly assemble the sensors required for him and his application (e.g. for pH value, conductivity, redox potential).

Recording the system parameters also facilitates the required documentation and logging.

There is also a modular online chlorine dioxide measuring point connected to the central system via M2M technology, which measures the actual chlorine dioxide content at the end of the line, for example, in accordance with the Drinking Water Ordinance and documents it in accordance with the law.

The operator of the drinking water system is thus able to legally verify the chlorine dioxide content of the drinking water at any time and on an ongoing basis.
